The Village of Park Forest, Illinois understood this challenge well, and they had a vision — what if solar energy could shoulder some of that load?

We designed and financed a solar installation specifically tailored to the water treatment plant's energy profile, matching the system's output to the facility's unique consumption patterns. By structuring the project to monetize Federal Investment Tax Credits on behalf of the municipality, we helped Park Forest unlock savings that had historically been out of reach for tax-exempt government entities.

The result is a cleaner, more cost-effective water treatment operation — one that reduces the village's carbon footprint while freeing up precious budget dollars.
